My goal is to contribute to an inclusive and supportive ESOL learning environment where adult and young adult learners can develop the language, skills and confidence needed to participate fully in education, work and community life in the UK. I am committed to learner-centred teaching, clear lesson design and embedding Equity, Diversity and Inclusion within the curriculum.
I aim to continue developing my practice through reflective teaching, materials design and ongoing CPD, and to apply my experience in assessment, differentiation and safeguarding to support the diverse needs of ESOL learners. This portfolio highlights examples of my lesson planning, materials, professional development and the values that guide my work as an educator.
