This is an online course which I created. It teaches learners how to use Edmodo to enhance teaching and learning. One of the biggest benefits of Edmodo is that it allows for collaborative learning, a paperless classroom, an effective means of communication between instructors and learners via the built in messenger. It also has a class announcement option for informing students about important test dates. Edmodo allows for uploading of learning materials e.g documents, pictures, powerpoint files and videos to name a few. The screencast shows an overview of the course plan and how I intend to assess teachers who take my blended learning course. It was my final assessed project which qualified me as an Edmodo Certified Trainer. I regularly use Edmodo at KMUTNB for teaching, sharing resources, setting online quizzes for formative assessment. One of the big pluses is that it works seamlessly with google apps to allow for communication and collaboration.
