Christian Pineda

I am a Postdoc at the Institute for Philosophical Research of UNAM (Mexico). I earned my PhD in Philosophy from UNAM, where I specialized in Ancient Greek and Roman philosophy.

While my research focuses on Stoicism, I have a broad interest in Hellenistic philosophy. My current focus is on Stoic psychology and how it relates to epistemology, (meta)physics, ethics, and semantics. At UNAM, I have taught graduate courses on these topics.

Soy Posdoc en el Instituto de Investigaciones Filosóficas de la UNAM (México). Obtuve mi Doctorado en Filosofía por la UNAM, donde me especialicé en filosofía antigua.

Aunque mi investigación se centra en el estoicismo, tengo un interés amplio en la filosofía helenística. Actualmente me enfoco en la psicología estoica y su relación con la epistemología, (meta)física, ética y semántica. En la UNAM, he impartido cursos de posgrado sobre estos temas.
