Christian Pineda

I'm a postdoc at the Instituto de Investigaciones Filosóficas at UNAM (Mexico).

I earned my MA and PhD in Philosophy from UNAM and my BA from Universidad del Valle (Colombia).

I specialize in ancient Greek and Roman philosophy. My research focuses on Hellenistic philosophy, primarily Stoicism and Academic skepticism.

My current and future projects explore the systematic interplay among Stoic metaphysics, epistemology, psychology, and ethics. I am also interested in the dialectical exchanges between the Stoics and the Academic skeptics across these domains.
