Install Catia Magic.
When you first start Catia Magic, a splash screen will appear for configuring the license server. Use the following settings:
Flexnet Tab:
Server name: wse-superflex.win.ad.jhu.edu
Port: 1101
To avoid using VPN every time:
Connection: Offline
Borrow Period: 1,440
