Bulding Rapport: Creating professional and positive relationships with the students, parents, community, colleagues, and administrators surrounding the choral music program.
When rapport is good between a teacher, students, and the community that surrounds the choir program, it will allow for easier communication and understanding. When rapport is not good, distractions such as miscommunications and misinformation can take away from the focus being on students and music.
