Welcome to the Policy Design & Urban Management Lab for City Competitiveness at Incheon National University

Cities are shaped by both design decisions and policy choices. Our lab brings these two worlds together — integrating urban design with public administration and policy to advance research on behavioral service design, community-driven regeneration, capacity biulding for public officials, and policymaking for sustainable, citizen-centered urban futures. 

본 연구실은 도시정책과 공공행정을 중심으로 도시경쟁력, 시민지향 공공서비스, 공공인사관리, 정책설계와 같은 주제를 연구하며, 지방정부와 도시의 성과를 제도·데이터·시민경험의 관점에서 통합적으로 분석하여 도시공간과 행정의 질을 높이는 정책적 대안을 모색
