Funding
CHOICES cic operates by applying for funding from a number of sources. We are not NHS funded, although we do apply to CCG's where possible. We are constantly looking for funding sources so please let us know if you are aware of anything in the Tamworth or South Staffordshire area.
The funding, as appropriate, pays for our professional counsellors, rates, heat, lights and so on. The more we can secure, the shorter our waiting lists can be.

Funding our work we call "The Right Choice" - awarded for five years to support Tamworth people who are experiencing difficulties with their mental health. Specifically this helps us deliver more one-to-one counselling sessions as well as equine assisted groupwork with horses at our nearby facility in Weeford.
The National Lottery Community Fund distributes money raised by National Lottery players for good causes and is the largest funder of community activity in the UK. The funding will enable C.H.O.I.C.E.S CIC to address increasing demand for mental health and wellbeing services, particularly in light of the current Covid 19 pandemic.
The National Lottery Community Fund are the largest community funder in the UK – we’re proud to award money raised by National Lottery players to communities across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland. Since June 2004, we have made over 200,000 grants and awarded over £9 billion to projects that have benefited millions of people.
