Hi! My name is Tori the baker and creative force behind Chocolatease876. I am a  Caribbean-born culinary artist whose passion for baking and cake decorating began in my childhood kitchen, inspired by the rich flavors and vibrant culture of my homeland. A proud student of both college and university, who majored in a degree in Culinary Arts, I honed my skills in pastry creation and cake design. My brand Chocolatease876, reflects my roots through the "876" area code, a nod to my Jamaican heritage, paired with my love for indulgent, chocolate-infused creations.

With a vision to bring joy through beautiful, handcrafted desserts, I have grown my business by combining my artistic flair with technical expertise. Every treat I create is a testament to my dedication to quality and creativity. Looking ahead, I dream of expanding my passion into a brick-and-mortar pastry shop and a food truck, where I can share my love for sweet confections with an even wider audience.
