Wilcox Tech has provided me many opportunities that would never have happened if I didn't come here. My shop is Health Technology, which has been said to be one of the top notch shop since freshman year when I first started in exploratory. My favorite subject here is English with Ms. Amann I love doing her work because I feel like it prepares me for my future endeavors. My favorite lesson I would have to say is when I was in my ECE English class and we had a special visitor come in. We learned about guide dogs and even what it was like to be someone who is visually impaired. After this we got to write a Newspaper report and really test our writing out as if we were a reporter. I feel like Ms. Amann really provides different skills and writing styles that will prepare me for college and future writing assignments. Health Technology helped me realize my career path of helping people. Without me choosing this shop I believe truly that I would not have chose the health field what so ever. These four years have shown me especially in shop where I want to go and do in my future.
