I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Applied Economics at National Chung Hsing University. My research interests lie in Behavioral and Experimental Economics, Agricultural and Environmental Economics, and healthy and sustainable food choices. I primarily use field experiments and non-hypothetical willingness-to-pay methods to study consumer behavior. I received the Government Fellowship for studying abroad (公費留學獎學金) from the Ministry of Education in Taiwan, which supported my four years of Ph.D. studies, and I obtained my Ph.D. in Energy, Environmental, and Food Economics from Penn State in 2024.
