Ayush Singh is currently pursuing a Master's in Counseling Psychology and holds a Bachelor of Arts (Honors) in Psychology from K.R. Mangalam University, Gurugram, where he has demonstrated consistent academic excellence with an SGPA above 9.4 across all semesters, including a 9.7 in his final term. He completed his senior secondary education at City Montessori School, Lucknow, and his high school education at the same institution.
He is currently an Advisor at Promethia, New Delhi, leading strategic and academic operations. He has worked as an Assistant Teacher at Shambhu Dayal High School, Gurugram, and City Montessori School, Lucknow, focusing on values-based and reflective education. Additionally, he contributed as a Subject Matter Expert at Shimla Institute, Lucknow, delivering targeted academic support. He has served as President of the Chetna Society at K.R. Mangalam University, driving community service projects, and as Secretary-General of the university’s Model United Nations, promoting global awareness and leadership among students.
Ayush Singh has made extensive contributions to the field of Indian psychology, consciousness studies, and holistic mental health through both book publications and conference presentations. His published works include The Glory of Rainbow (2021), Expression of Words (2022), Per’sonnes (2022), Alfazoon ki Tarange (2022), Eloquence (2023), Chitt: A Touch to Indian Psychology & Philosophy (2023), Vrikshayurveda: Its Relevance for Environmental Psychology in India (2023), and Art and Healing: A Journey through Ancient Indian Culture (2024).
In addition, Ayush has co-authored notable book chapters along with Dr. Madhurima Mukherjee and Dr. Suruchi Singh, such as Indian Psychology and Its Perspectives: An Emphasis on Consciousness and Health published in Indian Knowledge System: Unveiling Traditions, Perspectives, and Narratives by Book Rivers, and Exploring Emotional Intelligence and Self-Actualization through the Indian Knowledge System published in Health and Wellbeing through IKS: Building a Viksit Bharat and Shaping Global Leadership by Red’shine Publication.
Ayush Singh has earned certifications in clinical psychology, counseling skills, expressive arts therapy, and mental health advocacy from leading institutions such as Fortis Healthcare, UNESCO–MGIEP, and Counsel India. He has also been recognized for his academic excellence and leadership through multiple awards, including a Dean’s List honor and appreciation certificates from K.R. Mangalam University.
Smriti is a postgraduate student of Psychology at the University of Lucknow and currently serves as the Executive Director and Managerial Head at Chitt Organization. Her academic and professional interests encompass psychotherapy, research, writing, and mental health advocacy. In her role at Chitt, she channels her passion for research and evidence-based practice to lead and advance innovative, community-driven mental health initiatives. Smriti embodies curiosity, compassion, and a strong sense of community, which are at the heart of Chitt’s mission. When not developing programs or strengthening her counselling expertise, she enjoys spending time with children and furry companions, and finds inspiration in books, films, and media that spark creativity and reflection.
Jiyaa is a Psychology undergraduate at the University of Delhi, driven by a deep passion for community-centered learning, mental health, and research. Currently serving as the Associate Director and Creative Head at Chitt Organization, she leads academic projects, collaborative discussions, and visionary initiatives that explore the evolving landscape of psychology. With a keen interest in bridging theory and practice, Jiyaa’s work reflects her commitment to fostering mental health awareness and promoting accessible, inclusive care. Beyond her professional pursuits, she finds joy in reading, writing, and immersing herself in music, which continually fuels her creativity and reflective spirit.
Alina is a passionate psychology enthusiast currently pursuing her Master’s in Counseling Psychology. Driven by a deep curiosity about human behavior and emotional well-being, she is dedicated to using psychological understanding to create positive social impact. With a strong interest in mental health awareness, personal growth, and therapeutic practices, Alina believes in the power of empathy, active listening, and evidence-based approaches to foster meaningful change. As the Social Media and Outreach Coordinator at Chitt Organization, she aims to blend her academic insight with creative communication, fostering accessible mental health dialogues and building supportive, inclusive spaces where individuals feel heard, valued, and empowered to thrive.
