To provide all pets with the unique and specialized care that they need, and to provide them with the daily attention, exercise, handling, and playtime that's essential to their health and happiness.

WHAT IS AN EXOTIC PET?

"Exotic pet" has several definitions. We define exotic pets as any pet in a household that is not a cat, dog, or livestock. These include several species of: rodents, reptiles, amphibians, mini or pot bellied pigs, birds, fish, insects and arachnids, some crustacean, and some small mammals such as ferrets and sugar gliders.

Announcements from Abby

• Overnights - I am not currently accepting any new overnight clients. Existing overnight clients may continue to request overnights as usual.

• Dogs - I am not currently accepting any new dog-only households, or households where the majority of the work is dog-focused. Guardian dogs or dogs in mixed households may be accepted provided they have a dog door or other consistent outside access. Permitting time in my schedule, existing dog clients may continue to request visits as usual. 

• Exotics/Cats/Farm Animals - No changes! Permitting time in my schedule, I am still accepting (and want!) new clients looking for daily visits for these types of pets, as well as continuing to take requests from existing clients. Remember that I do not allow every-other-day visits for safety reasons.

Occasionally we will be unavailable for sitting due to personal reasons. We will try to plan these events well in advance and with as minimal interference around major holidays as possible. This list does NOT include any dates that are fully booked.
