Chip Chat is an app that will allow a user to join a chat room with other users by typing in the chat room name and password if needed.
People can choose from chat rooms listed, or from local chat rooms, or create their own!
Using TCP Sockets/Server
- Can join chat room by entering a chat room name which will automatically connect you to the correct server and port number
- A third node/server will be in place where the chat rooms will be hosted
- The server will act as a bridge between users in a chat room
- Chat room will stay open on the server as long as a single user is connected.
- Saving processing power by not keeping rooms open indefinitely.

Based on your geographical location, you can join pre-set chat rooms such as one for UCSB or Isla Vista!
Stay up-to-date on what is happening in the community around you!
NFC Tag Functionality:

Scan NFC tags to automatically be entered into a specific chatroom.
Also write to an NFC tag so others can join your chatroom!
