Chintimini UniServ Council (CUC) is the regional advocate for the concerns and needs of the local associations and OEA members throughout Polk, Benton, and Lincoln counties. CUC coordinates activities and programs with a focus on improving the salary, benefits, working conditions, and general well-being of its members.

Officers and leaders of each affiliate serve as CUC leadership. OEA staff working from the UniServ office in Philomath, provide services and support to the Council and its over 1,200 teacher members.
