At seven years old, I discovered my love for the Theatre when I performed in my second-grade play...
I had no idea what that would blossom into.
Growing up just outside of Boston with my father who immigrated from Nigeria, my Mother who grew up in North Carolina, and two younger siblings; my love of writing and directing plays with my stuffed animals turned into a love of community theatre and participating in various musicals in the greater Boston area.
After participating in various High School productions, I studied Biology and Theatre during my undergraduate years. During this time I performed in productions of Urinetown, Big Fish, and Working and wrote music and other scenes for Antigone Ablaze! which was also nominated for the Kennedy Center American College Theatre Festival.
Most recently, I've gotten to perform in Peter and the Starcatcher, The Music Man, and Twelfth Night, all while continuing to have fun creating stories with the people around me.
