Matea Gerbeza

Matea is a first year MSc student in the Clinical Psychology program in the Child Health Learning Development (CHLD) lab at the University of Regina. She graduated B.A. Hons from the University of Regina in 2023. Her research focuses on the psychological impact of chronic illnesses on children and adolescents, as well as the effects on family members. She has worked at an autism centre, and as a research assistant in the Reproductive Mental Health Research Unit and lab coordinator for Depression Cognition Culture lab at the University of Regina. She has been a volunteer in the Child Evidence Lab since 2022 studying children’s eyewitness testimonies.

Priyanka Jason

I'm Priyanka Jason. I am currently a second-year bachelor's student at the University of Regina. I major in psychology, and my interests in psychology include infant and child development, health psychology, and neuropsychology. I aspire to get into medical school after my bachelor's and pursue a career in the health field. I enjoy my work as a Pharmacy Assistant and I also volunteer at GLOCAL and the Canadian Red Cross 

Meer Afia Mukarrama

Hi! My name is Meer Afia Mukarrama. I am a fourth year international student from Bangladesh currently pursuing a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Psychology, with a Justice Studies minor and a certificate in Forensic Psychology. I have a great interest in forensic & health psychology, criminology, and law. I want to pursue graduate studies in experimental psychology.

Victoria Reeve

Victoria is an undergraduate Psychology student, minoring in Justice Studies and working towards a Certificate in Forensic Psychology. She has an immense passion in the criminal aspects of psychology with the ultimate goal of becoming a criminal psychologist. She is currently involved in the studies on child witnesses and child perceptions on child-adult interactions, as well as volunteering with the Child Evidence Lab on research involving Intimate Partner Violence in family court. She has been volunteering since May 2023, and began working with the lab in June 2023.
