My role for the above projects
As a Customer Support Specialist, my role was to be the primary point of contact for all incoming customer complaints and inquiries. I was responsible for addressing issues related to login, billing, and technical errors across multiple channels, including HubSpot, Freshdesk, and live chat.
To achieve our goals of a high resolution rate and customer satisfaction, I collaborated closely with the engineering team to report and track bugs, the product team to provide customer feedback for future updates, and the sales team to ensure smooth transitions for new clients.
The project resulted in a 25% increase in customer satisfaction scores and a 40% reduction in average ticket resolution time by streamlining our workflow and improving inter-team communication.
