英國德倫大學國際關係博士，《Ethical Foreign Policy? ：US Humanitarian Interventions》（Routledge 出版）作者。 現任台灣大學文學院計畫研究專員，曾任國科會人文社會科學研究中心博士後研究員、中興大學國際政治研究所博士後研究員。

Chih-Hann Chang | Author Biography

Chih-Hann Chang holds a PhD in International Relations from Durham University, United Kingdom, and is the author of Ethical Foreign Policy? : US Humanitarian Interventions (Routledge). She is currently a Research Associate at the College of Liberal Arts, National Taiwan University. She previously served as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Humanities and Social Sciences Research Center of the National Science and Technology Council, and as a Postdoctoral Research Fellow at the Graduate Institute of International Politics, National Chung Hsing University.

Her research interests include international relations, cultural studies, and the intersections of the humanities and artificial intelligence.
