Exercise
If there is one type of food that I would eliminate from everyone’s diet if I could, it would be fructose sweeten drinks, including both sodas and fruit juices, which deliver too much fructose, too quickly, to gut and liver that prefer to process fructose slowly.
Reference from David Brooks “the road to character”, we should also think about the eulogy virtues in addition to resume virtues.
People get old when they stop thinking about the future. If you want to find out someone’s true age, listen to them. If they talk about their past, and they talk about all the things that they did, they’ve gotten old. If they think about their dreams, their aspirations, what they’re still looking forward to, they’re young. Staying young, even we grow older.
