Proof of Creation

  • "Proof of Creation” is a document that will be sent to submission competition participants.

  • Participants must submit the form after taking part in the competition.

  • “Proof of creation” is a document that explains your design (title, description and images), and is verified by the participant and a judge/volunteer at the competition.

  • Participants will be required to submit a timelapse video of their processes/6+ step by step images.

  • Legacy School Bangalore will keep participants’ “Proof of Creation” documents, as a receipt. For each design/piece, winner or not, and without having the need to wait for the results to be announced, participants must have a "Proof of Creation". Only one document is allowed per piece.

  • Since the competition will be online this year, participants must submit their responses through a Google form that will be shared later on.

  • Participants can keep their copy as long as they require. Participants can also request the removal of their "Proof of Creation" if required.

  • The “Proof of Creation” does not have the legal effects of a design registration at the Trademark and Patent Offices and it is not intended to grant to the owner any exclusive right on its work. The only aim of the “Proof of Creation” is to help the designer to demonstrate the ideation and creation of their work.

  • Legacy School Bangalore is not liable for damages or losses due to the destruction or theft of the “Proof of Creation” archived in its premises and, in general, for any damage caused to the “Proof of Creation" document.
