I am part of the faculty team of Lab2Go, INFN activity aimed at increasing student participation in science laboratory classes in Italian High Schools. I took part in the activities at the Liceo Artistico Statale di Brera.
I am part of the VHTO, Dutch organization committed to increasing the participation of girls and women in science, technology and IT. In June 2021 I took part in the Networking-Presentation for Physics Careers for High School Girls at Hervormd Lyceum West, Amsterdam.
Together with C. Zukowski and H. McCarrick, I founded the Columbia Society for Women in Physics (2016-2017) which held monthly meetings aimed at addressing issues faced by underrepresented groups in physics.
I was co-organizer of the "Girls in science day" event at Columbia University (2016), aimed at introducing middle-school girls of the Bronx (NYC) to physics by means of simple experiments.
