I set up a structured Google Calendar with color-coded tasks, time blocks and breaks for a coach who was being overwhelmed by conflicting schedules. In order to further streamline her bookings, I integrated a custom Calendly link to automate 1:1 bookings and eliminate back-and-forth emails.
