We Need YOU to Make Grad Bash Unforgettable!
Grad Bash is a once-in-a-lifetime celebration for our seniors — and we can’t make this amazing night happen without incredible parents like YOU! Our goal is to give the Class of 2026 a safe, fun, and memory-filled sendoff, but it takes a community working together to create the magic.
We need LOTS of volunteers to help the night run smoothly, and there’s a place for everyone to get involved! Whether you can help with chaperoning, check in, check out, or clean up, every hour you give makes a huge difference.

All volunteer shifts will take place at Hooky Entertainment - Southlake at 1450 Plaza Pl, Southlake, TX 76092
Reminder: Volunteers must complete a GCISD Volunteer Background Check.

We’ll have several raffle prizes to give away throughout the night to CHHS seniors!
Students who register will receive 1 raffle ticket
Students can earn additional raffle tickets throughout the night by participating in games and activities, including Bingo
Each parent volunteer on 5/21 will receive 1 extra raffle ticket for their student
Parent volunteers working a shift beginning at 2:00 AM or later will receive 2 additional raffle tickets for their student
Students must be present to win.
Approximate Raffle Drawing Times: 2:15 AM, 3:15 AM, & 4:15 AM
Did you volunteer for any CHHS programs during the summer or the school year?
The PTSA collects the # of volunteer hours for all CHHS programs.
