Frequently asked questions

What is Project Graduation?  An all-night lock-in party for graduating seniors. It's a program designed to keep our seniors off the roads on graduation night and provide a safe, drug-free and alcohol-free celebration venue. It includes food, fun, entertainment and prizes! 

When is Project Graduation?  After the 2024 graduation ceremony on May 23, starting at 11:30pm and ending at approximately 5:00am.  Seniors will be responsible for getting themselves to and from the location. 

Does it cost anything?  CHHS graduating seniors who register by May 16th by 5pm attend for free. Late CHHS student registrants or walkups will be charged $25 and must pay via Venmo to @CHHS-ProjectGraduation-1 or by cash at check in. 

Where will the event be held? EVO SOUTHLAKE - 1450 Plaza Place Southlake TX 76092

What can we do there?  EVO includes several indoor activities such as movies, bowling, video games and attractions like climbing walls, virtual reality, ropes courses, laser tag, bumper cars and more.  

Will we be fed?  Yes, free food and drinks will be provided throughout the evening.

How do we sign up?  Student contracts are an online form and must be signed by both the student and a parent. REGISTER HERE before May 26th. 

What is required for entry the night of the event? All students are required to present a school or government issued photo I.D. for admission to the event. Guests must present a school I.D.  No exceptions.

Is this a come and go event? No, admission will be from 11:30pm until midnight. Doors will be locked at 12am. In case of illness or emergency, students will only be released to their parent/guardian or emergency responders. If released, students will not be allowed to re-enter.

Can I bring a guest? CHHS students may bring one guest. Guests must be a 2024 graduating senior and complete the REGISTRATION CONTRACT and payment by May 20th. Guests will be required to pay a cost of admission of $75.00. Payments may be sent via Venmo to @CHHS-ProjectGraduation-1.  Guest walk ups will not be accepted.  All guests must bring their student ID.

I heard prizes may be given away during the evening.  Is that true?  We will have prize drawings all night throughout the event.  Only CHHS Seniors are eligible for prizes. Students must attend the full duration of the event to be eligible for prize drawings and gifts. Any student who elects to leave before 5am will be required to sign out and their parent/guardian will be notified. Students who leave will not be allowed to re-enter.
