What is Project Graduation? An all-night party for graduating seniors.

When is Project Graduation? May 28, 2020 beginning at 11 pm (after the graduation ceremony) and ending at 5 am. Seniors will be responsible for getting themselves to and from Dave & Busters.

Does it cost anything? No; graduating seniors attend for free. A guest may attend for $50.

Where will the event be held and what can we do there? Dave & Busters in Euless. Seniors can play video games, skills games, and karaoke among other activities. There will also be special entertainment.

Will we be fed? Yes, free food will be provided throughout the evening.

How do we sign up? Student contracts will be emailed out to all parents and posted on our social media sites. Student contracts are an online form and must be signed by both the student and a parent.

Can I bring a guest? You can bring a guest who is a graduating senior from any high school. Your guest will need to present his/her school ID as proof of being a 2020 high school senior.

I heard prizes may be given away during the evening. Is that true? We will have prize drawings all night throughout the event. We also hope to have a gently used car donated that will be given away at the end of the event. Only CHHS Seniors are eligible for prizes.

Is there prize money? There will be prize money for every graduate, depending on the amount raised from fundraisers and sponsorship. The goal is to raise $30,000, so please help by volunteering in many ways.

How can I donate time or money? Please go to the Fundraising & Volunteering tab, or contact us at chpanthersprojectgrad@gmail.com.
