Application Documents

On this page you will find three documents. One is the Mural Guidelines, that lays out the process of applying for and then contracting for a mural that is funded by the CPAL.  Another is the Building Owner Application, to be completed by a property owner who wants to have a mural installed on their structure.  The final document is the Artist Application, for artists/muralists who want to be considered for the job of creating artwork for our city.  Between the application and actual contracting for the job there will be a considerable amount of back-and-forth between owner, artist, and CPAL, until a plan is reached that satisfies all parties.  Filling out an application does not commit anyone to anything. Primarily it lets the CPAL know that you may be interested in having a mural on your building, or that you are interested in painting/installing a mural. We expect that both owner and artist will have mural ideas to bring to the discussion.  Please submit applications before December 31st to insure consideration for 2024 projects.
