Our Scouts volunteer their time in support of the Northern Burlington community and beyond, by participating in neighborhood cleanups, collecting essentials for the Rescue Mission of Trenton, volunteering at the Veterans Cemetery, and more.
See below for our activities that we ask for help from the community, and how you can help!
Sock Drive
Did you know that Socks are among the most needed items at shelters, and they are also among the least donated?
Every Fall Pack 55 works to help The Rescue Mission of Trenton, by collecting new unworn socks for use at their emergency shelter. You can help by support local individuals in need, by donating new unworn socks. You can drop-off at locations throughout our community or by contacting us directly. Thank you for your support!
Scouting for Food
Every November, our Webelos and Arrow of Light Scouts assist BSA Scout Troop 55 with the Scouting for Food annual food drive focusing on collecting non-perishable food items for those facing hunger.
Keep an eye out for our scouts distributing the door/mailbox hangers throughout Chesterfield this weekend and please consider donating to this great cause! Please place your donations out by 9am on the designated Saturday. All food collected will be donated to the St. Mary's Food Pantry in Bordentown. Thank you for your support!
