Registration Form for Current CHESS families

Early registration open March 6-April 3 for current families.

Turn in to the office on Tuesday, along with $15 registration fee per student and 1/4 of tuition.

Registration Form for New CHESS families

Registration for new families begins April 4.

Please be sure to fill out one copy of the second page per family.

Bring in to CHESS office at Grace Chapel until April 24, or mail to CHESS, c/o Sarah Eberly, 222 Schoolhouse Rd, Palmyra, PA 17078.

Include $15 registration fee per student, and 1/4 tuition.

You will be contacted to schedule a family interview once your registration is received.
