CHESS Project Fair

The Project Fair will be held at Grace Chapel on the last Tuesday in March from 4:30 - 6:00 p.m.. This is an opportunity for students to display projects they have worked on in any subject area over the past year, not just from classes at CHESS. They may display art work, history or math projects, English papers or projects, or other subjects. All projects of appropriate subject matter are welcome. All entries have a chance to win the coveted “People’s Choice” and “Faculty Choice” awards.

We also host a separately judged Science Fair —guidelines are available in the CHESS office.

Projects can be registered through CHESS classes, or in the CHESS office starting the first Tuesday in March.

• Set-up for the project fair will be from 2:45 to 3:30 pm in the Grace Chapel gym.
• There is a designated spot for each class’s projects. Look for a teacher to help place the items with the correct number for judging purposes.
• The Project Fair will be open for viewing beginning at 4:30 pm until 6:00 pm.
• “People’s Choice” voting will be from 4:30 – 5:30 pm.
• Balloon poppers will be demonstrated at 5:30 pm.
• Awards will be announced at 5:55 pm.
