OTB - Chess Carolinas K-12
2 sections with beginners and experienced players (USCF > 1200): minimum 6 players in each section.
Date: Sunday, Aug 29th
Beginner section: 12 PM - 4 PM
Experienced section: 9 AM - 5 PM
Time Controls:
Beginner section - 3 rounds G/25;delay 5
1 PM 2 PM 3PM
Each player receives 25 minutes in addition to a 5 second delay every move.
Beginner Registration starts 12 PM. Pairing done by 12:30. Rd 1 starts 1 PM.
​Experienced - 4 rounds G/40;delay 5
9 AM 11 AM 1 PM 3 PM
Each player receives 40 minutes in addition to a 5 second delay every move.
Experienced Registration starts 8 AM. Pairing done by 8:30 AM. Round 1 starts at 9 AM.
USCF rated Games. All players need to be USCF members. USCF membership can be taken at the club.

$30 - other students
