Annual Continuing Professional Development
Continuing professional development (CPD) is the way in which instructors can demonstrate their standards and continue to learn and develop throughout their careers so that they keep their skills and knowledge up to date and be able to practice safely and effectively.
We use a variety of different providers to obtain and achieve our annual CPD standards, however, the most regularly used provider is the Connex Education Academy, which has over 25 years of delivering and proving high-quality professional training courses. They are an approved training provider under the awarding body TQUK (centre number C000611), and are regulated by OFQUAL. All of their courses and qualifications are developed and delivered by expert instructors. CEA are also Exam Board Certificated and are recognised by the Department for Education.
