Chen Lok Yu is an artist whose main medium is ceramics. Most of my work concerns my personal life. Some of my ceramic works contain repetitive elements. I like to use these themes in my works, such as nature, food, daily necessities, and ordinary things in daily life, and transform them into work. My ideas and concepts are based on my observations. I use the properties of different types of clay to make my creation. I like to use different techniques such as hand building, wheel throwing and mold casting to realize my concept.
