I'm a PhD student in the Department of Communication at the University of California, Santa Barbara, specializing in organizational communication and group communication. My research focuses on issues related to knowledge sharing, intelligent technologies, diversity, and collaboration in small group and organizational contexts.

Prior to joining UCSB, I received my MA degree in Communication, and both my BA (in Communication & in Sociology) and my BS from University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
