宋呈澔教授(Cheng-Hao Sung, Ph.D.),現任國立中山大學教育研究所暨師資培育中心助理教授。自大學至博士階段即專注於輔導與諮商、教育心理領域研究與實踐。其曾任國中專任輔導教師,累積第一線實務經驗,使其研究與教學均能緊密貼近教育及輔導諮商現場。
其研究興趣主要可歸納為三大面向:
學校輔導與諮商現況
探討專任輔導教師在學校體系中的角色定位、角色困境與專業挑戰
關注制度設計、機制架構與輔導資源整合,以支持輔導教師在學校內的可持續推動
輔導與諮商人才培育
推動職前與在職訓練方案,設計教師諮詢模式
運用臨床模擬教學(simulation)方法於青少年問題與輔導諮商能力的培養
近年更關注AI 輔助輔導諮商專業訓練工具之開發與應用
學生心理機轉與輔導歷程
以質性、量化、混合方法研究多樣學生議題:如中輟、特殊需求、創傷經驗、網路成癮、校園霸凌、多元性別等
在多元性別議題中,特別致力於跨性別學生的輔導支持與專業回應
在學術服務、審查與計畫執行方面,宋呈澔教授亦有相關貢獻:

曾擔任臺灣多個專題計畫主持人與共同主持人,涵蓋教育部、衛生福利部、監察院、國科會等領域,例如「學校輔導人員與跨性別學生的輔導經驗探究」、「深化學校輔導教師諮詢能力」、「防制校園霸凌調查與研究」、「疫情期間民眾心理健康計畫」、「教師不當管教調查計畫」等
曾任比利時魯汶大學訪問學者,積極參與跨國研究合作與國際學術交流
長期提供輔導與諮商人員的專業督導、參與與主導專業訓練,協助實務人員精進專業能力與倫理反思
審查經驗:擁有多篇國內外學術期刊(包括輔導諮商、心理、教育領域)的審稿委員資格與經驗
🙋Introduction
Dr. Cheng-Hao Sung is an Assistant Professor at the Institute of Education and the Teacher Education Center, National Sun Yat-sen University (NSYSU), Taiwan. From his undergraduate studies through his doctoral training, Dr. Sung has devoted himself to research and practice in the fields of counseling, guidance, and educational psychology. Before joining academia, he served as a full-time school counselor at the junior high school level, gaining substantial frontline experience that continues to inform his research and teaching, ensuring their close connection to educational and counseling practice.
Dr. Sung’s research interests can be broadly categorized into three major areas:
1. Current Status of School Counseling and Guidance
Examining the role positioning, professional challenges, and dilemmas faced by full-time school counselors within the school system.
Focusing on institutional design, organizational mechanisms, and the integration of counseling resources to support the sustainable implementation of counseling services in schools.
2. Training and Professional Development of Counseling and Guidance Personnel
Promoting pre-service and in-service training programs, and developing consultation models for teachers.
Utilizing clinical simulation-based teaching methods to enhance counseling competencies in addressing adolescent developmental and psychological issues.
In recent years, paying particular attention to the development and application of AI-assisted tools for professional counseling and guidance training.
3. Students’ Psychological Mechanisms and Counseling Processes
Using qualitative, quantitative, and mixed-methods research to investigate a wide range of student issues, including school dropout, special educational needs, trauma experiences, internet addiction, school bullying, and gender diversity.
Placing special emphasis on counseling support and professional responses for transgender students within the broader context of gender diversity in schools.
Dr. Sung has made extensive contributions to the academic community through editorial work, project leadership, peer reviewing, and international collaboration:

Research Project Leadership:
He has served as Principal Investigator or Co-Investigator on numerous national projects funded by the Ministry of Education, Ministry of Health and Welfare, Control Yuan, and National Science and Technology Council. Representative projects include:

International Engagement:
Dr. Sung has served as a Visiting Scholar at KU Leuven (Belgium) and actively participates in international collaborative research and academic exchange.
Professional Training and Supervision:
Dr. Sung has long provided professional supervision and led training programs for counseling and guidance practitioners, supporting their professional development and ethical reflection.
Peer Review Experience:
Dr. Sung serves as a reviewer for multiple national and international academic journals in the fields of counseling, psychology, and education.
