《藥箱PILLBOX》是一件體積為一公尺立方的沉浸式裝置藝術作

觀者可從底部一處貼近地面的開口進入蚊帳狀空間，親身感受「被藥物淹沒」的狀態。整體以細鐵絲與網布構成，邊緣略帶塌陷感，象徵身心支撐在病症與藥物之間的搖搖欲墜。

裝置內部堆滿大量已使用過的藥袋與藥品包裝，這些來自個人與他人的真實用藥痕跡，搭配故事分享，構築出一種城市中無形卻龐大的藥物依賴景觀。

本作不僅關注精神疾病、慢性病與焦慮社會中人與藥的依存關係，也試圖讓觀者透過身體參與與觸覺體驗，直觀地意識到藥物的重量與存在，進而思考：「這座城市究竟有多少人，正在靠著藥物維持正常？」

Exhibit Description

PILLBOX is an immersive installation artwork with a volume of one cubic meter. Viewers can enter the mosquito-net-like space through an opening near the ground, experiencing firsthand the sensation of being "overwhelmed by medication." The structure is made of thin wire and mesh fabric, with slightly collapsed edges, symbolizing the precarious balance between the body and mind, supported by illness and medication.

The interior of the installation is filled with numerous used pill packets and medicine packaging, sourced from personal and others' genuine medication traces. Combined with story sharing, it constructs a vast, invisible landscape of drug dependence in the city.

This work not only addresses the dependence between people and medication in the context of mental illness, chronic diseases, and anxiety in society, but also aims to make the viewer consciously aware of the weight and presence of medication through bodily participation and tactile experience. It encourages reflection on the question: "How many people in this city are relying on medication to maintain normalcy?"

藥箱材質與技術｜

• 這件作品的主要材質是網布，形成一個蚊帳狀的結構。蚊帳的網狀結構允許觀眾用別針將紙條別在上面，並寫下他們的心得或想法。裝置的下方設有一個接近地面的開口，觀眾可以從這個洞口進入，親身體驗被藥袋包圍的感覺。吊點的設計讓整體結構懸掛，營造出一種微微塌陷的效果，強調身心在藥物依賴下的脆弱感。

Material and Technique 

• The main material of this work is mesh fabric, forming a mosquito-net-like structure. The net structure allows the audience to pin notes on it with safety pins and write down their thoughts or reflections. At the bottom of the installation, there is an opening close to the ground, through which the audience can enter and experience the sensation of being surrounded by pill packets. The design of the hanging points allows the entire structure to suspend, creating a slight collapsing effect, emphasizing the fragility of the body and mind under medication dependence.

• Inside the PILLBOX, the contents include used medication packaging, such as pill packets, prescription slips, aluminum foil wrappers, and more. These items, sourced from personal and others' real medication traces, further strengthen the theme of the work, allowing the audience to feel the invisible burden of medication dependence and being overwhelmed.
