It is a fluorine-containing vinyl ether comonomer used in the synthesis of fluoroplastics. PPVE can effectively destroy the crystallinity of TFE-based interpolymers, and is widely used in the synthesis of fluoropolymers (such as PFA, modified polytetrafluoroethylene, etc.). It can also be used to introduce fluorine functional groups into organic molecules for use in the agricultural and pharmaceutical industries.
