Our children are living in a world we do not know. Most children have been exposed to pornography by age 8. We must teach our children how to be good digital citizens who know how to be productive digital consumers who contribute to the world.
The Opioid Crisis and Our Students
Many articles have been coming out recently about how the opioid crisis is impacting our youth. The youth are not the ones becoming addicted to the medication, but the crisis is hitting many adults in their 30s, adults who are parents. Thus, our students are being impacted as their parents become addicted. We must do more as a society, including schools to help these families.
