My name is Chelsey Hartman and I am currently the Senior Quality Control Analyst at Medscape Education. My primary responsibility is the creation and maintenance of software user manuals and process documentation for employee training.
This role involves excellent communication and collaboration skills with various stakeholders to capture SOP and best practices regarding the creation and execution of revenue-based educational programs.
I have worked in various content management systems, such as WordPress and Drupal. In addition to ensuring the launch of a high volume of programs, one of my main current projects is the user acceptance testing of Medscape’s new CMS and the development of company-wide training materials that will accompany its roll-out.
The teams I lead cover the production of Medscape Education’s online educational activities, quality control of those activities and the content within them, as well as the production of media players. Over the last year, we have been instrumental in the launch of over 1,000 programs.
After 6 years working in continuing medical education, I am intimately familiar with the detail-oriented nature of governmental regulations, both industry-specific and worldwide.
I would love to discuss new opportunities to work with your team. You can email me at cnhartman2@gmail.com or contact me via LinkedIn.
