I'm a qualified physiotherapist with 6 years of NHS experience, working across emergency care, frailty and elderly wards, supporting older adults with a wide range of mobility difficulties, falls and rehabilitation needs.
Throughout my NHS career, I've seen first-hand how much a fall, illness or decline in mobility can affect someone's confidence, independence and quality of life. I've also recognised how difficult it can be for older adults and their families to access physiotherapy specifically focused on falls prevention, balance and maintaining independence.
That's why I created Chelmsford Falls & Mobility Physio. My aim is to provide accessible, personalised physiotherapy for older adults, with a particular focus on improving strength, balance, mobility and confidence following a fall or period of inactivity.
By visiting you in your own home, I can assess and support you in the environment where you spend most of your time and where many everyday mobility challenges and falls can occur. This allows us to work on real life activities, managing the stairs or moving safely around your home.
