In Cheese Jump, the score is given to you when you die. This is intentional and creates a sense of suspense when you are playing because you don't know your score.
When you die you are given this message:
"This page says
Your score is: ____
Do you wish to retry?
We will restart anyway ;)"
You are given two options: "OK" and "Cancel", If you press "OK" it refreshes the page, restarting the game, and if you press "Cancel", it will prompt:
"This page says
r u dum¿"
You are again given two options: "OK" and "Cancel", if you press "Cancel", it will restart the game, but if you press "OK", it will prompt:
"This page says
L"
If you press "OK" it refreshes the page but doesn't get rid of the message, so you have to close and re-open the game. It also adds d=true to the link, so if you copy and paste it somewhere, you will still be stuck on the message.
If you are cheating, the score will be replaced with the word "Cheater". In reverse mode, your score is negative.
Death was added in Basic doodle jump (modified) By Ian and his dad. Score was also added in Basic doodle jump (modified) By Ian and Seth, along with the death message [4].
In Less Basic Doodle Jump the death message was updated to what it says today and the bug was fixed where you couldn't restart the game very easily.
In Beta version 1.1.4 cheat detection was added.
