For each of my story collections, I am including pdf's to print that you can illustrate yourself. Here is how I put one of these books together myself, but feel free to use a different method!
Print the front cover on cardstock, printing on the front and back of the sheet of cardstock. Get a blank sheet of cardstock to use as the back cover. (You can decorate the back cover, if you want.)
Print the stories on regular paper, printing on the front and back of the sheets of paper.
Put the pages of the book in between the front and back covers.
Hole punch all of the pages, like you would if you were putting them inside a binder.
Put some yarn or string through one of the holes. Tie the two ends of the string together, leaving a little room so that the pages can turn easily. Do this with each hole.
Write your name on the front cover where it says “Illustrated by”. (If you are illustrating the stories with other people, you can all write your names.)
Draw your illustrations in each empty box.
And your book is complete! Enjoy!
