Kello Solutions does not collect, store, or maintain personal information about users through CheckBUY.

3. Product Photos

CheckBUY allows you to take or upload photos of products for analysis.

Kello Solutions does not store or maintain these photos.

Photos are processed only as necessary to provide the requested functionality and are not used by Kello Solutions to create a user profile.

Users should avoid photographing unnecessary personal information, documents, payment cards, or other sensitive information.

4. Camera and Photo Library

The App may request access to your device camera so that you can photograph products and scan QR codes.

The App may request access to your photo library so that you can select existing product photos.

These permissions are used solely to provide the corresponding CheckBUY functionality.

You can manage or revoke these permissions through your device settings.

5. QR Codes

CheckBUY can use your device camera to scan QR codes associated with products.

Information obtained from a QR code may be processed to identify or provide information about the product.

Kello Solutions does not use QR code information to identify, track, or create a profile of the user.

6. Third-Party Processing

To provide product analysis and related functionality, product photographs and/or product-related information may be temporarily transmitted to third-party technology providers used by CheckBUY.

These services may process the submitted information solely to generate the requested product analysis.

Kello Solutions does not store the submitted photos or product information after the processing necessary to provide the requested result.

Third-party providers may process information on servers located outside your country or the European Economic Area.

Where applicable, such processing is performed in accordance with the provider's terms and applicable data protection requirements.

7. No User Profile

CheckBUY does not create or maintain user profiles.

There is:

• No login

• No username

• No user profile

• No personal dashboard

• No social profile

• No personal identity database

The App is designed to be used without identifying the user.

8. No Data Storage

CheckBUY does not maintain a database of user information.

Product photos and information submitted for analysis are not intentionally stored by Kello Solutions after the requested processing has been completed.

The App does not maintain an online history of user activity or checks.

Any temporary technical processing required to provide a result is not intended to create a permanent record of the user.

9. Analytics and Tracking

CheckBUY does not use personal tracking to create user profiles or track users across applications or websites.

Kello Solutions does not sell personal information or use personal information for behavioral profiling.

If technical services required to operate the App process limited technical information automatically, such processing is limited to what is necessary for providing and maintaining the App and does not create a personal user profile.

CheckBUY does not require personal information to provide its core functionality.

Kello Solutions does not sell personal information to advertisers.

CheckBUY provides an estimated authenticity assessment based on the product information and images provided by the user.

The result is an estimate and does not guarantee that a product is authentic or counterfeit.

CheckBUY may provide product information and estimated average online prices.

Price information may come from external sources and may change over time.

Kello Solutions does not guarantee that displayed prices are accurate, current, or available from a particular seller.

Because Kello Solutions does not maintain a database of user personal information, there is no permanent user profile or personal information database maintained by us.

We nevertheless take reasonable measures to protect information during any necessary transmission and processing.

No electronic transmission can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
