Aug 2025: In this NSF sponsored Systems Biology workshop, scientists from academia and industry discussed the relevance of mechanistic modeling in the age of ML/AI.  

Completion of 3rd year as a CCB postdoc

August 2025: Started my postdoc three years back in the Shakhnovich group. The department of Chemistry and Chemical Biology (CCB) put up a welcome poster for the incoming members of the community. Realizing a common "Crimson" theme, I requsted my labmate to take this picture!

RAG: Climate Security - Conflict, Peace and Collaboration  

March 2025: FAS-PDA Career Committee organized the second edition of Research Affinity Group (RAG) with a focus on Climate Security and Environmental Justice which brought postdocs from Physics, Political Sciences, Psychology, Philosophy etc.

March 2025: As the Career Chair of FAS PDA, organized and moderated a Webinar on "Quantitative Approaches in Pharma Industry". The panelists were Dr. Paul Michalski (GSK) and Dr. Dibyendu Mondal (Incyte Corp). 

Feb 2025: Plenary talk at the CCAM virtual workshop on computational cell biology. 

RAG: ML / AI in Physical and Social Sciences  

Jan 2025: First event of the FAS-PDA's Career Committee. We launched an initiative called Research Affinity Group (RAG) which attempts to bring postdocs from different departments working in ML/AI. 

Keystone Symposia 

September 2024: Poster presentation at F1: Biomolecular Condensates: Mechanisms and Therapeutic Opportunities.
