Euphorbia

Originally from Africa, many are often mistaken for cacti. Euphorbia is one of the largest families with a large variety among them. Some are small and compact and others can get 30 feet tall. Their main benefit is that they are virtually free from pests and usually are drought tolerant. Many have a white sap that is poisonous and contact should be avoided. Maintenance should be done with the skin and eyes protected.
