Welcome to ChatStore, a platform operated by Nanda Tech Studio ("we", "our", or "us"). By downloading, accessing, or using the ChatStore application (the "App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
ChatStore is a digital platform that allows merchants ("Store Owners") to create an online storefront, upload product details, and share their store link with customers ("Buyers") to facilitate communication and transactions via third-party messaging apps like WhatsApp.
Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and operate a store.
Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
Accurate Information: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate.
Product Listings: You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality, and quality of the products or services you list on your ChatStore storefront.
Transactions: ChatStore acts only as a catalog and communication facilitator. We do not process payments, manage inventory fulfillment, or handle delivery. All transactions and disputes are strictly between the Store Owner and the Buyer.
Prohibited Content: You may not upload content that is illegal, offensive, deceptive, or infringes on the intellectual property rights of others. We reserve the right to remove any store or content that violates these rules without prior notice.
Service Availability: We strive to keep ChatStore available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The App may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, updates, or technical issues.
Modifications: We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the App at any time without liability.
App Content: The ChatStore App, including its design, code, graphics, and trademarks, is the exclusive property of Nanda Tech Studio.
User Content: By uploading content (images, descriptions) to the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and share that content for the purpose of providing the service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nanda Tech Studio shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the App, or from any transactions conducted between Store Owners and Buyers.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
