Chat Exporter Pro ("we", "us", or "our") respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your data. In short: We do not collect, store, or share your personal data. All processing happens locally on your device.
We do NOT collect your chat history.
When you import a WhatsApp chat (via ZIP or folder), the parsing and PDF generation happen 100% locally on your device.
Your chat data never leaves your phone and is never sent to our servers.
The app requires access to your device's storage to read the chat files you select and to save the generated PDF reports.
We do not access any other files on your device outside of what you explicitly select.
We do NOT use third-party analytics services (like Google Analytics or Firebase) to track your behavior.
We do NOT collect crash logs remotely.
Our app allows you to purchase a "Lifetime Pro" license.
Payments are processed securely by Google Play.
We do not have access to your credit card information or billing details. Google Play shares only a transaction receipt with us to verify your purchase status.
Storage (Read/Write): To read your chat exports and save the created PDFs.
Internet: Required only by Google Play Billing services to verify your purchase. We do not use the internet to upload your data.
Since your data is stored locally on your device, its security relies on your device's security pattern/password. We recommend keeping your device secure.
Our app does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
