This is the long-promised editor roundtable in which we talk to the staff and editors of some of the leading disability-focused publications. The most obvious value of an integrated experience over a browser-based chat is that we can provide context to the model, helping to ground the conversation and provide better answers. When I asked this question in chat, the representative just said over and over that they do not help with HTML/CSS problems and that Weebly does not support the code editor. I undestand that custom HTML/CSS is not eligible for support, but the fact that the editor itself is not saving changes is a Weebly problem.

After responding with the same non-answer multiple times, the chat person finally said that I could try posting my question to the community. However, none of us regular users in the community have access to the code/systems that run the editor. I hope someone higher up in the support chain sees this.
