How do I analyze my chart?
Open the app, tap Upload or Take Photo, select your chart, and the AI will process it and display a full analysis including trend, structure, key levels, and indicators.
Why did my chart fail to analyze?
This may happen if the chart is blurry, cropped too tightly, missing price scale, or covered by a watermark. Try uploading a clearer screenshot with visible candles and price levels.
Which markets are supported?
ChartWizardAI supports Forex pairs, Crypto assets, Metals such as Gold and Silver, Indices like US30, and screenshots from MetaTrader, TradingView, or other platforms.
How do I use the position size calculator?
Enter your account balance and preferred risk. The app calculates the correct lot size for Forex, Gold, Crypto and other assets.
How do I restore my subscription?
Go to the Settings page in the app and tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you are logged in with the same Apple ID used for your purchase.
How can I improve AI accuracy?
Use clear screenshots, ensure price is visible, and avoid charts with excessive drawings or overlapping indicators.

The app is not analyzing my chart
Make sure the price axis is visible. Avoid blurry images. Try uploading directly from your gallery.
My subscription is not activating
Check your internet connection. Tap Restore Purchases in Settings. Restart the app after restoring.
The app crashes or freezes
Close the app completely and reopen it. Restart your device if the issue continues. Update to the latest version.
I cannot upload images
Ensure the app has permission to access Photos or Camera. You can adjust this in your device Settings under Privacy.
