Introducing Sam Spencer from Spectrum

Sam Spencer is a Customer Service Representative at Spectrum, much like Flo from Progressive, Jake from Statefarm, and the "can you hear me now" guy from Sprint. Sam Spencer is meant to show the positive interactions between clients and representatives. 

We have provided a storyboard for a concept video that would portray a Customer Service Representative for Spectrum in a positive interaction with the customer.
