Vote in Officers - Toastmaster Representative

• Begin with President
• Take floor nominations
• Then elect VP-Education, VP-Membership, VP-Public Relations, Secretary, Treasurer and Sergeant at Arms
• Officers will be re-elected effective 7/1/18

Vote in club name - Toastmaster Representative and Club President

• Take floor nominations, please consider name alternatives like:
  • Better Speakers
  • Better Speakers Club
  • Better Speakers Toastmasters Club

Vote in meeting day/time - Toastmaster Representative and Club President

• Options are usually weekly, bi-weekly, 1st/3rd day or 2nd/4th day
• Length options are 1 hr, 1.5 hr or 2 hrs
• Take floor nominations
• Can be revised easily after club has chartered
