Our team usually arrives 30 minutes early to ensure everything is set up and ready for your guests. We also stay afterwards to answer any questions.

Our typical agenda will be filled with experienced Toastmasters. We prefer to use someone from your club to give their first Ice Breaker speech.

Within 2-4 weeks, you'll hold an Organizational meeting. Please plan to solicit volunteers to serve in the roles.
